International Beverage’s Balblair 1969 Gets U.S. Launch

International Beverage USA has released Balblair 1969, the oldest vintage from Balblair’s single malt Scotch portfolio in the U.S. Aged for 43 years in American oak Bourbon casks, Balblair 1969 (41.4% abv) is bottled at natural strength and packaged in a black lacquered display box. The whisky, which was filled from just two casks, is available in limited quantities at select U.S. retailers, priced at $3,400 a bottle. 1969 joins Balblair’s previous U.S. vintages, including the brand’s 1975, 1989, 1991, 1997 and 2000 releases.
