Four Seasons Kicks Off Locavore Cocktail Campaign

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is launching its “100 Mile Cocktail” campaign in May. The campaign challenges mixologists from Four Seasons properties to come up with a cocktail that contains only ingredients sourced within 100 miles of their respective hotels. The effort showcases the “garden-to-glass” offerings in different regions of the world. Recipes will be featured on the Taste website.

Standouts from last year’s campaign include the Appalachian Moonshiner (Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta), and the Kula Lavender Mist (Four Seasons Hotel Maui). The Appalachian Moonshiner contains Good Time Moonshine, sliced Lane Peach, sorghum, crushed pecans and honey, garnished with a bacon strip. The Kula Lavender Mist is made with Maui Ocean Vodka, house-infused with vanilla, along with fresh lemon juice, house-made lavender syrup, house-made lavender honey and lavender sugar for the rim.
