•Fort Collins, Colorado’s Odell Brewing is set to introduce Celastrina Saison as part of its Cellar Series of beers. They will officially launch the brew, billed as a French-style saison, on May 18. Since the beer is named for a rare butterfly that lives on wild hops along the Front Range of Colorado and brewed in honor of a partnership with the Colorado Natural Heritage Program, Odell will donate $1 of every bottle of Celastrina Saison sold to hops blue butterfly research. The Cellar Series is Odell’s experimental range, featuring limited edition offerings created by Odell brewers. Previous releases include The Meddler, Tree Shaker Imperial IPA, Pond Hopper Double Extra Pale Ale, Deconstruction, Amuste and Friek.
