EXCLUSIVE: Terlato To Import Wines Of Burgundy’s Domaine Ramonet

February 27, 2014

Terlato Wines has agreed to import the wines of iconic Burgundy producer Domaine Ramonet into the U.S. market. Founded in the 1930s in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune region by Pierre Ramonet, Domaine Ramonet’s offerings routinely earn high praise.

More than 20 Ramonet wines have earned scores of 95 or better from Wine Spectator. Produced in small quantities, these wines are firmly at the high end of the market, with their retail prices ranging from $45 to well over $500 a bottle, according to Wine Spectator.

Domaine Ramonet is managed by Pierre Ramonet’s grandsons, Noël and Jean-Claude. Its wines were previously handled in the U.S. by Diageo Chateau & Estate.
