•Diageo plc has named Kathryn Mikells as its new chief financial officer, replacing Deirdre Mahlan, who is moving to become president of Diageo North America. Mikells joins Diageo from Xerox Corporation, where she has been CFO since May 2013. The appointment is effective November 9.

•Serrallés USA is releasing a high-end limited edition bottling, Gran Reserva de la Familia Serrallés, in celebration of the Puerto Rico-based company’s 150th anniversary. The luxury offering, which includes 20-year-old rums hand-selected by sixth-generation distiller Roberto Serrallés, is hitting the market in a rollout of only 1,865 bottles, which retail at $1,865 apiece.
