•Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits is preparing to relocate its headquarters from White Plains, New York, to Stamford, Connecticut.The move will see Deutsch set up shop in a 43,563-square foot space at 201 Tresser Blvd., roughly double the size of its current headquarters, and accommodating about 100 new or relocated jobs. Led by the 8.3-million-case Yellow Tail brand, Deutsch has lately diversified its portfolio and is seeing strong growth in the $10-$25 price point, with Impact “Hot Brand,” Josh Cellars expected to reach 1 million cases by the end of the company’s fiscal year in March.

•Australia’s Accolade Wines is expected to make an initial public offering in the coming year, according to The Age newspaper. Industry insiders say the company is currently deciding whether to file its IPO in the U.K. or Australia. Accolade, whose portfolio includes the Geyser Peak, Atlas Peak, XYZin, Hardys and Banrock Station brands, among others, is currently controlled by CHAMP private equity, with Constellation Brands holding a 20% stake.
