•Juneau-based Alaskan Brewing Company is releasing Heritage Coffee Brown Ale as its fall seasonal. Created in collaboration with Juneau’s Heritage Coffee Roasting Company, the 7.0%-abv offering is brewed with English malted oats, English chocolate malt and pale malt, along with Cascade and Calypso hops and roasted coffee beans. Heritage Coffee Brown Ale will be available throughout Alaskan’s 18-state distribution footprint.

•Escondido, California’s Stone Brewing has launched Beachwood/Heretic/Stone Still Unapologetic IPA, the latest expression in its 20th Anniversary Encore Series. Created in partnership with fellow California craft brewers Beachwood Brewing and Heretic Brewing Company, the 8.8%-abv double IPA is currently available in limited 22-ounce bottles and on draft across Stone’s 43-market footprint.

•Naperville, Illinois-based Solemn Oath Brewery has appointed Eric Hobbs as vice president, sales, effective September 6. Hobbs was previously president of Penrose Brewing Company in Geneva, Illinois, where he oversaw operations, sales and marketing, and has also served with Anheuser-Busch and Goose Island. Solemn Oath has been steadily expanding its footprint, and is now available across 28 Illinois counties.
