•Colorado’s Fort Collins Brewery has unveiled Belgian-Style Oud Bruin, the latest entry in its limited edition Savor Series range. Featuring both fresh and aged ale, Belgian-Style Oud Bruin is made with a blend of beer soured for 21 months, beer that has soured for a year and beer that has aged six months without souring agents. The 7%-abv offering, which is suited for cellaring, will be available in 16-ounce cans and on draft across Fort Collins Brewery’s 18-state footprint. Belgian-Style Oud Bruin marks the third label in the brewer’s Savor Series, following the launch of American-Style Barley Wine and Kettle-Soured Dark Cherry Imperial Red.

•Hood River, Oregon’s Full Sail Brewing Company is releasing this year’s Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. The latest aged offering was brewed in November 2015 and aged in Wild Turkey Bourbon casks from Kentucky. Full Sail has been brewing limited release barrel-aged beers since 1998, and the 2016 imperial stout is at 9.5% abv. The Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stouts is available in limited release in 22-ounce bottles and on draft. Other offerings from Full Sail include Amber, IPA and Session Lager.
