•Grupo Codorniu has introduced three single-estate Cava labels under its Ars Collecta range, following the creation of Spain’s new Cava de Paraje Calificado designation. The trio includes Finca La Pleta, Finca El Tros Nou and Finca La Fideuera, which are available in small quantities, retailing at $120 a bottle. The Cava de Paraje Calificado designation was first unveiled last year, focused on setting requirements, characteristics and quality control standards for premium Cavas. So far, 12 single-estate Cavas have qualified for the classification.

•Prestige Beverage Group is launching a new limited edition bottling of Glen Moray single malt Scotch whisky. Glen Moray Mastery is a blend of five vintage whiskies (1978, 1988, 1994, 1999 and 2001) intended to capture the essence of the Speyside distillery. The blend consists of whiskies aged in ex-Bourbon barrels as well as whiskies from Sherry, Port and Madeira casks. Only 1,000 bottles of Glen Moray Mastery have been produced, retailing at $1,000 each. Glen Moray is owned by France’s La Martiniquaise and imported by Prestige Beverage in the U.S.
