•This month, Stoli Group’s Kentucky Owl Bourbon is rolling out its Batch #8 in limited markets. The 60.5%-abv whiskey is a blend of four Bourbons aged 14, 11, 8, and 4 years and is the highest-proof bottling launched by the brand thus far. This batch—at 9,051 bottles—is also the largest Kentucky Owl Bourbon release to date. Kentucky Owl Batch #8 will be available in 28 states across the U.S. for a suggested retail price of $300 a 750-ml. Last fall, Stoli announced plans for a new Kentucky Owl Park project, including a 420-acre distillery capable of producing around 1.5 million proof gallons, alongside tourism facilities, a restaurant, and conference center.

•Grand Brulot, billed as a VSOP Cognac café brand, has launched exclusively across on-premise accounts in New York and Georgia. The new offering is made with a base of Ugni Blanc and Colombard grapes, all sourced from a single estate. The resulting eau de vie is then married with Ecuador-sourced Robusta coffee beans and aged for up to six years in French oak barrels. France’s Tardy family produces the new brand, which is being handled by Lauber Imports in New York and United Distributors in Georgia.
