•Texas-based Spoetzl Brewery has introduced two new beers to its year-round portfolio. The dry-hopped Wicked Juicy IPA is an unfiltered, 5.7%-abv offering made with Citra hops, while the Day Quencher is a dry-hopped, 4.6%-abv session ale brewed with Mosaic hops. Both beers are currently available throughout Texas in 12-ounce and 19.2-ounce cans, as well as on draft. A nationwide rollout is slated for September. The new brews join the flagship Shiner Bock and Shiner Light Blonde in Spoetzl’s permanent lineup.

•Charlotte, North Carolina’s Sycamore Brewing has launched Wild Blossom Cider. An entirely new brand, the Wild Blossom lineup includes Rosé and Brut hard cider offerings, both of which are made with Pacific Northwest-sourced fruit and then fermented with Champagne yeast. The new ciders are currently available across select North Carolina markets on draft and in 4-packs of 16-ounce cans. The brewery’s distribution footprint will expand to South Carolina this fall, and encompass all of North Carolina next year.
