•Mexican beer brand Modelo has launched its latest RTD offering, Modelo Chelada Limón y Sal. Made with a base of Modelo that’s infused with natural lime and salt flavors, the new expression joins Chelada Especial and Chelada Tamarindo Picante in Modelo’s existing RTD lineup. Modelo Chelada Limón y Sal clocks in at 3.5% abv and is rolling out nationwide in 24-ounce cans. Brand-owner Constellation reports that Modelo, along with Corona, continues to drive growth for the company’s beer portfolio, whose depletions climbed 8% in 2018.
•Hess Family Wine Estates has named Matthew Wood as chief operating officer. Wood joined Hess in 2016 as vice president, operations.
