Patrón Secret Dining Society Attracts Tequila Enthusiasts And Foodies Alike

October 28, 2011

The Patrón Secret Dining Society is set to host its 17th members-only dining event tonight in New Orleans—but details on the event’s precise location won’t be revealed until this evening, when just a handful of Patrón Social Club members will receive the information by email. Some information about the dinner have been leaked on the Patrón Social Club website, including the evening’s guest chef and mixologist—chef Tory McPhail of Commander’s Palace and Steven Wilshire of Glazer’s & Bar Tonique.

Since launching in March 2010 at the Finnish Embassy at Washington D.C., the Patrón Secret Dining Society has arranged dinner parties at locations including The Hunt in Portland, Oregon; The Sleeper House in Denver, Colorado; a yacht in Newport, Rhode Island; a historic mansion on Fifth Avenue in New York City; and, most recently, at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri. The dinner parties feature a multi-course menu prepared by a famed chef and a slew of Patrón cocktails concocted by an expert mixologist.

LDA consumers can join the Patrón Social Club by registering on Patronsocialclub.com. The website provides cocktail recipes, information on trends and updates on Patrón events including the Patrón Secret Dining Society. Members earn a spot at Secret Dining Society events by correctly answering riddles released on the web site shortly before the date of the event. Patrón selects roughly 15-30 members and their guests to attend the free dinner.
