Wine Spectator Unveils Top 100 Wines Of 2011

After revealing its Top 10 Wines of 2011 last Wednesday, including Kosta Browne Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 2009—its Wine of the Year—Wine Spectator today has released its full list of the Top 100 Wines for 2011. Wine Spectator’s roundup of the year’s 100 most exciting wines has taken place annually since 1988. This year, 12 countries are represented, with the selected wines averaging 93 points on Wine Spectator’s 100-point scale, and $44 a bottle, down from an average of $48 a bottle last year.
