Craft Brewing And Distilling News for June 3, 2013

•Wirtz Beverage Nevada is expanding its craft beer business statewide and adding additional brands to its craft stable, including Rogue Brewery, Ballast Point, Green Flash, Santa Fe and Sierra Blanca. Concurrent with the move, Wirtz has bolstered its craft team in Nevada, naming Michael Shetler and Jack Kramer as craft brand specialists and Joseph Morandi as head draft technician-northern Nevada. Shetler is an industry veteran who most recently served as director of beverage for the Aria Hotel. Kramer is an accredited beverage professional, as both a Certified Cicerone and Certified Sommelier.
