•Movie theater and restaurant chain Alamo Drafthouse Cinema has opened its latest outpost in Yonkers, New York, featuring 32 taps and a wide selection of bottled and canned beer. In addition to craft brews from around the country, the new venue will offer an array of local and regional beers, including entries from Yonkers Brewing Co., Empire Brewing Co., Alphabet City Brewing Co., Brewery Ommegang and Sixpoint Brewing, among others. The theater’s menu, meanwhile, will include classic movie snacks, as well as burgers, sandwiches, salads, pizza and more. Based out of Austin, Texas, Alamo Drafthouse has 14 locations throughout Texas, Colorado, Virginia, Missouri, Michigan, California and New York.

Anchor Brewing has partnered with the San Francisco Giants to release a limited-edition 12-pack of its core Anchor Steam label. Rolling out this month, the new offering includes a specially designed package, featuring the Giants’ team colors and logos alongside history notes on both the beer and baseball. The San Francisco Giants package will be available throughout the season at select retailers in northern California, southern Oregon and Hawaii. In addition to the 12-pack, Anchor Brewing recently renewed its sponsorship tie-up with the Giants through 2017, continuing to offer its Anchor Steam, Liberty Ale and Anchor California Lager at the Anchor Plaza and Taproom in AT&T Park.

•Kansas City, Missouri-based Boulevard Brewing is gearing up to launch a new sampler pack of never-released beers, according to local media reports. The packs will allow consumers to taste test brews that have been in development, and then provide Boulevard with feedback online. Boulevard, which offers a eight year-round labels, as well as a variety of seasonals and specialties, currently distributes to more than 20 states across the U.S.
