•Old Nassau Imports, LLC has appointed D. Ross Arthurs as chief executive officer, succeeding previous CEO and co-founder Dr. Malcolm Lloyd, who died in an automobile accident last month. Arthurs has held the position of chief financial officer since joining Old Nassau in 2009 from Princeton Investment Partners, Ltd. Arthurs will be tasked with continuing to grow Double Cross vodka, Old Nassau’s flagship brand. Launched in 2008, Slovakia-sourced Double Cross is available across North America, retailing at $39.99 a 750-ml.
•Diageo has appointed Alan Stewart, CFO of retailer Marks & Spencer Plc, as a non-executive director, effective September 1, 2014. Stewart will also be part of the audit, nominations and remuneration committees on appointment. CFO of Marks & Spencer Plc. since 2010, Stewart is responsible for IT, supply chain and logistics and also serves on that company’s board of directors.
