•Ancram, New York’s Hillrock Estate Distillery has named Southern Wine & Spirits as the distributor for its small-batch whiskies in New York state, effective June 2. Billed as the state’s first field-to-glass distillery since Prohibition, Hillrock Estate’s portfolio will join the new SWS Boutique Spirits Collection. The Hudson Valley distillery’s whiskies include Solera Aged Bourbon, Single Malt and Double Cask Rye.

•St. Louis-based O’Fallon Brewery is releasing two new summer seasonals, Berry Best and Kite Tail Summer Ale, and expanding production with a new brewery in Maryland Heights, Missouri. Berry Best will be available on draft only throughout the St. Louis metro area, in addition to select markets in Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi and Ohio. An unfiltered American wheat beer brewed with real strawberries, Berry Best is 5.1%-abv. Kite Tail Summer Ale, 4.5%-abv, is available at retail outlets. Meanwhile, O’Fallon is constructing a new 40,000-square-foot facility that will more than double annual capacity to 25,000 barrels, with room to expand to about 50,000 barrels. In other O’Fallon news, the brewer has signed an agreement to begin exporting its craft beers to Italy this month through F&G Compagnia Di Commercio. Currently, O’Fallon has a 14-state distribution network in the U.S.
