Exclusive: Terlato Wines Partners With Heartland Distillers To Launch New Craft SpiritsJune 3, 2014
Terlato Wines has announced plans to jointly produce and market a collection of luxury American craft spirits with Indiana-based Heartland Distillers. The new offerings will join Terlato’s growing Artisan Spirits portfolio.
The first product from the Terlato and Heartland partnership will be Prohibition Gin, expected to launch late this year at around $30 a bottle. In 2015, a whiskey and a Bourbon under the Spring Mill brand (around $40) are slated to follow.
Heartland was founded in Indianapolis in 2008. Terlato’s existing spirits stable includes Adelphi single-malt, single-cask Scotch, Don Pancho Origenes aged rum, Langley’s No. 8 distilled London gin, Marnier XO Cognac, Nonino Amaro and Grappas, Riazul 100% Blue Agave Tequila, Tigre Blanc French Vodka and Tiramisu Liqueur.Subscribe to Shanken News Daily’s Email Newsletter, delivered to your inbox each morning.
