•Colorado’s Boulder Beer Company this week will begin canning its popular Buffalo Gold Golden Ale and Mojo IPA in 12-ounce cans. The move adds to Boulder’s canned lineup, which already includes year-round Hazed & Infused and summer seasonal Hoopla Pale Ale. Buffalo Gold cans will feature new artwork that coincides with the brew’s national launch in six-packs of cans. It will also remain available on draft but not in a bottle format. Year-round Mojo IPA will continue to be available in bottles as well as draft and cans. Buffalo Gold and Mojo IPA will be available in cans throughout Boulder Beer’s distribution network by the Fourth of July holiday.

•Salt Lake City’s Uinta Brewing Co. has released 801 Pilsner, a new entry dedicated to its home market of Utah. Named for Utah’s original area code—which once encompassed the entire state—the light-bodied Pilsner will only be available in the Utah market. Set to roll out the first week of July, 801 Pilsner joins Uinta’s existing portfolio of nine year-round entries and four core seasonals, as well as a variety of specialty and organic offerings.
