•San Antonio, Texas-based Ranger Creek is celebrating its fourth anniversary and has released the 10th installment to its limited-edition series, Small Batch Series No. 10. The latest offering is a Cardamom Tripel at 8% abv., which will be available in kegs and wax-dipped bottles retailing for $5.49-$5.99. Cardamom Tripel can be found at Central Market, select HEBs, Spec’s, Whole Foods and other retailers through January.

•Seattle, Washington’s Elysian Brewing Company is making its Space Dust IPA—currently part of its limited Manic IPA series—a year-round member of its lineup. It joins the company’s other core offerings that include The Immortal IPA, Avatar Jasmine IPA, Mens Room Red, Dragontooth Stout, Loser Pale Ale. Space Dust (7.2% abv) is brewed with Chinook, Citra and Amarillo hops. It’s available in 22-ounce bottles, in six-packs and on draft. Elysian has also replaced Valkyrie with Bifrost Pale Ale as its winter seasonal. Bifrost (7.5%) is available now through December on draft, 22-ounce bottles and in six-packs.
