Van Gogh Imports Joins Sazerac Co., Changes Name To 375 Park Avenue Spirits

January 27, 2015

Van Gogh Imports, marketer of the Van Gogh vodka, TAP whisky, Molinari, Limoncello di Capri, Ron Abuelo and Jumbie brands, is set to become a fully integrated sales company within Sazerac Co. as of March 15. Also, effective immediately, Van Gogh Imports is changing its name to 375 Park Avenue Spirits. The company has worked closely with Sazerac over the past year through the latter’s SLS logistics division, and will now move fully under Sazerac’s umbrella. “As 2015 unfolds we will be adding a select number of brands to the company,” noted Norman Bonchick chairman and CEO of 375 Park Avenue Spirits, “and we want a company name that better represents the broader portfolio of premium spirit products that we are proudly developing.”

Mark Brown, president and CEO of Sazerac, said “the growth of our own business and portfolio, the need for expanded sales capabilities, as well as the opportunity to provide brand owners with a full service option in the difficult U.S. market,” made the addition of 375 Park Avenue a good fit, and added that 375’s brands have good potential and can benefit from Sazerac’s growing reach in the market.
