•Salt Lake City-based Epic Brewing Company has expanded its Texas footprint by entering the Houston market, in partnership with Faust Distribution Company. Epic first entered Texas last summer through deals with Andrews Distributing for the Dallas/Fort Worth market and Keg 1 LLC in Austin. Epic is also present in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon Utah, Virginia, Washington DC, Wisconsin and Wyoming. The company operates two breweries—one in Salt Lake City (opened in 2010) and the other in Denver (opened in 2013).

•Enterprise, Oregon-based Terminal Gravity Brewing is rolling out seasonal release Tap Out American Strong Ale. The launch marks the first time Tap Out (9.8% abv) will be available in six-packs and single 12-ounce bottles across Oregon and Washington state, having previously only been offered on draft. Terminal Gravity brews are also available in Idaho and Hawaii. Founded in 1997, the company brews 6,000 barrels of beer annually.
