•Washington state’s Seattle Cider Company has added to its year-round lineup with the release of a Citrus cider in 16-ounce cans and on draft. The newest offering (6.5% abv) is the company’s first infused cider, joining its Dry and Semi Sweet offerings. Seattle’s Citrus cider is created with a base of 100% fresh-pressed Washington apples and fermented with dried orange, lemon and grapefruit peel for medium-dry sweetness and a slight bitterness, the company says. Citrus will be available in Seattle beginning tomorrow, with expansion into Seattle Cider Company’s other markets expected in early May. The group’s products can be found in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, California, Idaho, Illinois, Wisconsin and Texas.
