•St. Louis-based O’Fallon Brewery is set to open a new brewery this month in Maryland Heights, Missouri. The opening of the new 40,000-square-foot facility, scheduled for the end of May, comes as the brewery is celebrating its 15th anniversary. It will have an annual brewing capacity of 25,000 barrels, more than double O’Fallon’s current volume, with room to expand to about 50,000 barrels. Meanwhile, O’Fallon is launching its latest seasonal, Strawberry Best, a 4.4%-abv American-style wheat beer brewed with Two-Row, Bonlander and white wheat, German Tradition hops and strawberry puree. Strawberry Best is available in six-packs of 12-ounce bottles and on draft. Other offerings from O’Fallon include Wheach, 5-Day IPA and Smoked Porter.

•Sonoma County’s Bear Republic Brewing Co. is releasing the 2015 edition of its Mach 10 label. Brewed with English Crystal malts and First Gold, American 2-row and Cascade hops, Mach 10 is billed as a Double IPA and joins Bear Republic’s bottled seasonal lineup. The 9.2%-abv offering will be available for a limited time in 22-ounce bottles and on draft starting this month. In addition to Mach 10, Bear Republic’s seasonal stable includes Apex, Cafe Racer 15 and Racer X.
