New Belgium Brewing has extended its Lips of Faith series with the launch of Pear Ginger Beer, a new cocktail-focused entry. Inspired by Victorian-era ginger beers, the 7%-abv offering features notes of lemon peel and pear, and can be consumed either on its own or paired with gin, rum, Tequila or whiskey in a cocktail. New Belgium’s Pear Ginger Beer is currently available in 22-ounce bombers and on draft. Previous entries in the Colorado-based brewer’s limited edition Lips of Faith lineup include Salted Belgian Chocolate Stout, Gratzer, Gruit and Cigar City, among others.

•Boulder, Colorado’s Avery Brewing Company is adding Hawaiian-themed witbier Liliko’i Kepolo to its year-round lineup. The spicy witbier features Hawaiian passion fruit in its recipe. It will be available on draft and in cans throughout Colorado, as well as areas in California, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia. Other offerings from Avery include Avery IPA, White Rascal Belgian Style White Ale, The Maharaja Imperial IPA and Mephistopheles’ Stout, as well as 20 other year-round and seasonal beers.

•Downingtown, Pennsylvania-based Victory Brewing Co. has introduced Sour Monkey, a new twist on the brewer’s Golden Monkey Belgian-style Tripel recipe. Made with three different yeasts, Sour Monkey also features a blend of Tettnang and whole flower Hallertau hops, Pilsner malt and coriander seed. The 9.5%-abv expression is currently available across Victory Brewing’s 36-state footprint, retailing at around $9 a 750-ml. bottle. Along with Sour Monkey, Victory’s “big bottle” range includes its Helios Farmhouse Ale, Mad King’s Weiss and its Moving Parts Series beers, among others.

•Longmont, Colorado’s Left Hand Brewing Company is rolling out Introvert Session IPA as a year-round offering in six-packs and on draft. At 4.8% abv, Introvert is brewed with CTZ, Centennial, Cascade, Chinook, Sterling and Comet hops. It joins other year-round offerings from the company that include 400 Pound Monkey, Milk Stout, Sawtooth Ale and Black Jack Porter, among others. In addition to Introvert, Left Hand is releasing three new IPAs in its 22-ounce Big Mo series—Homefront IPA, Twin Sisters Double IPA and Warrior Fresh Hop IPA. The company’s beers are available in 34 states and Washington D.C.
