•Downingtown, Pennsylvania’s Victory Brewing Co. has released its Summer Love Ale seasonal in 12-ounce cans, marking the first Victory beer to appear in can format. Currently available in both the cans and its original 12-ounce bottles, Summer Love Ale will be sold through September both on- and off-premise across Victory’s 36-state footprint. The 5.2%-abv offering, which is currently in its fifth season, is brewed with whole flower Tettnang, Simcoe and Citra hops and German malts. Victory’s seasonal lineup also includes Kirsch Gose, Festbier, Moon Glow, Harvest Ale and Winter Cheers.
•Anheuser-Busch InBev’s 10 Barrel Brewing has entered the Colorado market, according to local news reports. The Bend, Oregon-based craft brewer has initially launched its Apocalypse IPA, Joe IPA and seasonal offerings in Denver and Boulder, with expansion throughout the state to follow. Colorado marks the fourth market for 10 Barrel, joining Oregon, Washington and Idaho. 10 Barrel, which has an annual production of roughly 40,000 barrels, was acquired by ABI late last year.
