Eataly, Gruppo Campari Join Forces “To Promote Italian Lifestyle”

July 2, 2015

Gruppo Campari has linked with Italian emporium Eataly on a partnership that will see the drinks group’s brands featured at Eataly’s 16 current locations around the globe, as well as planned outposts still in development. Running from now through December 2018, the deal centers on an enhanced presence for Italian aperitifs Campari and Aperol, with liqueurs Averna, Braulio, Cynar and vermouth Cinzano 1757 also to be featured, subject to local market availability. Campari, Aperol and the other brands will see improved shelf visibility, point-of-sale materials, menu placements and branded glassware at Eataly under the agreement. Besides Eataly’s 16 existing stores—including flagships in New York and Chicago—the company says upcoming openings will extend its footprint by nearly 50%.
