•Comstock Park, Michigan-based Perrin Brewing Company is releasing its Grapefruit IPA and Veterans Pale Ale (VPA) in cans for the first time. Previously available only on draft, both labels will make their debut in 12-ounce six-packs at Perrin Brewing’s taproom this month, with distribution to extend to the surrounding Kent, Montcalm, Barry and Ionia counties via West Side Beer Distributing. The brewer is set to also unveil its Gold Ale, Black Ale and 98 Problems IPA in cans throughout the late summer and early fall. Established in 2011, Perrin Brewing produced roughly 14,000 barrels of draft-only beer in 2014.

•Washington state’s Diamond Knot Craft Brewing has returned its Fog Bank Fall Ale seasonal entry. A sessionable 5.8%-abv entry made with domestic Hallertauer hops, Fog Bank Fall Ale is currently offered in 22-ounce bottles at retail, as well as on draft throughout Washington and Idaho, and will be available through mid-October. Diamond Knot Craft Brewing operates three locations, including its Mukilteo-based Brewery & Alehouse restaurant and Production Brewery & Taproom, and its Mountlake Terrace-based Brewpub @ MLT. The brewer’s products are distributed to 12 states in bottles and on draft.
