•Narragansett Beer is introducing Town Beach IPA, a new summer-fall seasonal, as the latest entry in its Sessionable Series. Previously released as an Imperial IPA, the new incarnation of Town Beach is a 4.7% abv session IPA made with pale, cara and wheat malts and hallertau, nugget and EKG hops. The new brew will be available in six-packs of 16-ounce cans ($8.99-$9.99) through mid-October in New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Florida and Washington D.C.

•Connecticut’s Charter Oak Brewing Company has launched Courageous Strong Ale as part of its Charter Series of limited releases. The American strong ale (7.9% abv) is available throughout Connecticut and Delaware in 22-ounce bottles and on draft. Meanwhile, Charter Oak will re-release Lights Out Stout, a former Limited Release offering, in late October.
