•New Belgium Brewing has partnered with Young’s Market Co. to enter Hawaii. Beginning in February 2016, Young’s will handle six-pack bottles of Fat Tire, Ranger IPA, Rampant Imperial IPA and New Belgium’s seasonal releases as well 12-pack cans of Fat Tire and Ranger in the Aloha State. Bombers of Fat Tire and draft of Fat Tire, Ranger, seasonals and Lips of Faith series beers will also be offered. New Belgium is the U.S. market’s fourth-largest craft brewer, according to the Brewers Association. With its entry into Hawaii, New Belgium will be present in 40 states.

•San Diego’s Modern Times Brewery is introducing Fruitlands Cherry Gose, a special release packaged in 22-ounce bottles. The 4.9%-abv gose is made with tart Michigan-grown Montmorency cherry juice, and started shipping the end of last week. Modern Times’ core brews include Lomaland Saison, Fortunate Islands Wheat, Black House Stout and Blazing World Amber.
