•Providence, Rhode Island’s Narragansett Beer is adding to its specialty Lovecraft Series with the release of Reanimator Helles Lager. The third installment of the lineup honoring Providence native H.P. Lovecraft, Reanimator is made with the base of Narragansett’s Bock beer that is then dry-hopped with Czech Saaz, Hallertau and Citra hops. It follows other Lovecraft Series brews Honey Ale and Olde Ale. Reanimator Helles Lager (6.5% abv) will be available in six-packs of 16-ounce cans priced between $11.99-$12.49 throughout New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina and Florida.

•San Ramon, California-based Schubros Brewery is preparing to enter several new markets. The brewer is set to expand its reach in California through a partnership with Young’s Market Company, as well as debut across Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. over the next few months via a deal with Maryland’s DOPS Inc. Schubros also plans to debut in Kansas through an agreement with Worldwide Wine and Spirits. Established in 2011, the Schubros portfolio is led by its core Nico Wheat, 680 IPA, Diablo Dark, Las Trampas and Rock City Amber Ale labels.
