Wine Spectator’s 35th Annual New York Wine Experience Completely Sold Out
October 16, 2015If you’re a wine lover without a ticket, you’re going to miss the most exciting wine event of the year. Wine Spectator’s 35th annual New York Wine Experience is completely sold out.
More than 6,500 wine lovers from around the world will meet October 22–24 at the New York Marriott Marquis hotel for the event, proceeds of which support the Wine Spectator Scholarship Foundation.
Two evening Grand Tastings will present 267 of the world’s greatest wines, all rated 90 points or higher by Wine Spectator. Daytime seminars feature vertical tastings of Château Mouton-Rothschild and Bodegas Vega Sicilia, among other highlights. The gala Grand Awards Banquet closes the event. H. William Harlan of Napa Valley will receive the Distinguished Service Award, Dow Vintage Port 2011 will be recognized as the 2014 Wine of the Year, and eight restaurants will be honored as first-time recipients of the Grand Award.
