Wine Spectator Set To Announce Its Wine of The Year

Wine Spectator will reveal its Wine of the Year today at 11am, Eastern Standard Time, at http://2015.top100.winespectator.com/. Wine Spectator yesterday unveiled its number-four, -three and -two wines of the year. Number-four is Il Poggione Brunello di Montalcino 2010, which received a score of 95 points from the magazine and retails at $85 a bottle. Number-three is Evening Land Pinot Noir Eola-Amity Hills Seven Springs Vineyard La Source 2012 (98 points/$70), and number-two is Quilceda Creek Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley 2012 (96 points/$140). The full Top 100 list will be released on Monday, November 16.
