•Tampa, Florida’s brewer and tour operator Brew Bus has purchased Florida Avenue Brewing Company and plans to upgrade its brewing facility. Following a $250,000 renovation, Brew Bus will reopen Florida Avenue’s Seminole Heights tasting room and brewery, which will carry the Brew Bus name and serve as the center of its tour bus operations. The brewery expansion will include a 20-barrel brewing system and allow it to brew both Brew Bus and Florida Avenue brands. Brew Bus, founded in 2011, produced about 24,000 cases of beer last year, and says the new partnership and expansion will allow it to increase volume to nearly 68,000 cases.
