•The Brewers Association (BA) trade group has reported an increase of 16.3% in craft beer export volume in 2015, bringing the total to 446,000 barrels with value of $116 million. Western Europe saw a 33.4% increase, while Ireland, the Netherlands, Thailand and Taiwan were the fastest-growing craft beer export markets last year. Canada was the largest export market, with 51% of exported volume, and Sweden, Ireland and the U.K. each had about a 10% share of last year’s volume, while Australia took 4%. The BA recently reported that craft beer rose 13% in the U.S. in 2015 to 24.5 million barrels with retail value growth of 16% to $22.3 billion.

•Boston-based Harpoon Brewery has unveiled Camp Wannamango, its first new summer seasonal in 16 years. Rolling out this month, Camp Wannamango is a tropical-inspired pale ale brewed with mango. The 5%-abv seasonal will be available through August in 12-ounce bottles, 12-ounce and 16-ounce cans and on draft. Camp Wannamango joins Celtic Red, The Long Thaw White IPA, Winter Warmer, Octoberfest and Imperial Pumpkin in Harpoon’s existing seasonal lineup.
