•San Diego’s Green Flash Brewing Company is releasing three beers in canned format nationwide this month. Rolling out in 12-ounce cans are Jibe Session IPA (4% abv), Passion Fruit Kicker American wheat ale (5.5% abv) and Sea to Sea Zwickel Lager (4% abv). Jibe Session was first introduced in limited distribution in cans last September and will now sell exclusively in canned format. Passion Fruit Kicker will be available in cans and bottles, while Sea to Sea will be available nationally in cans only. •Boston’s Bully Boy Distillers has launched Estate gin, a new craft gin made with a neutral apple and grain base. The 47%-abv entry is infused with wild juniperus virginiana, McIntosh apples, coriander, lemon, hibiscus, pink peppercorn and lavender. Bully Boy’s Estate gin is currently available at select on- and off-premise accounts throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island, retailing at $29.99 a 750-ml. It marks the first gin in Bully Boy’s craft spirits lineup, joining the distillery’s white rum, Boston rum, vodka, white whiskey, American straight whiskey and Old Fashioned and Hub Punch premixed cocktails.Subscribe to Shanken News Daily’s Email Newsletter, delivered to your inbox each morning.
