•Colorado’s Breckenridge Brewery is rolling out its newest year-round offering, Mango Mosaic Pale Ale. The 5.5%-abv release, which features Mosaic hops, will be available in six-packs of 12-ounce bottles and on draft throughout all 35 states where the company’s brands are distributed. Breckenridge’s portfolio also includes Vanilla Porter, Avalanche Amber Ale, Agave Wheat, 471 Double IPA and Breck IPA, as well as seasonal offerings, barrel-aged beers and the newly announced nitro canned series. Acquired by A-B InBev late last year, Breckenridge has a volume of around 70,000 barrels.

•Jersey Cider Works is launching its Ironbound Hard Cider across the Garden State. The 5.2%-abv cider, made with apples sourced from New Jersey and nearby states, will be distributed by Hunterdon Brewing Company throughout the state in six-packs of 12-ounce cans for about $12, as well as on draft. Jersey Cider Works and sister company New Ark Farms sit on a 108-acre farm that includes 7,000 18th-century heritage apple trees.

•The new Dovetail Brewery is opening this month on Chicago’s north side. The 22,000-square-foot facility includes a 100-seat taproom, and is focused on German beers. Owners Hagen Dost and Bill Wesselink are producing German-style unfiltered lagers, Bavarian Hefeweizen and Franconian-style Rauchbiers. The partners, who met while studying brewing techniques at Munich’s famed Doemens Akademie, aim to self-distribute—initially in kegs to pubs and bars nearby. Accounts include Hopleaf, Fountainhead and Kaiser Tiger, all well known for their draft beer assortments.

•Nashville, Tennessee-based WG Brewing Company is introducing two new hard sodas, Wild Docta’ and Wild Sit Russ, while expanding its distribution footprint. The new offerings join Wild Ginger Alcoholic Beer (4% abv) and Wild Root Alcoholic Root Beer (5% abv) in the company’s portfolio. Wild Docta’ (5% abv) is a nod to Rock & Rye soda with a blend of vanilla, cherry and cola flavors, while Wild Sit Russ (4.5% abv) is a citrus hard soda. WG Brewing’s hard sodas retail for about $9.99 a six-pack of 12-ounce cans. Meanwhile, WG is entering the South Carolina, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Maine markets, bringing its distribution footprint to 16 states, while launching in Publix throughout the southern U.S.
