•Colorado’s Boulder Beer Co. is adding new brew Pulp Fusion Blood Orange IPA to its year-round lineup. First released in May as a summer seasonal, the 6.5%-abv IPA features the juice of blood oranges. Pulp Fusion, which follows the trend toward fruit-infused beers, is available in six-packs of 12-ounce bottles and on draft throughout the company’s 34-state distribution footprint. Boulder Beer’s other year-round offerings include Shake Chocolate Porter, Hazed Hoppy Session Ale, Mojo IPA, Sweaty Betty Blonde, Buffalo Gold and Singletrack Rye Pale Ale.

•Mountain Laurel Spirits is set to introduce a new Pennsylvania Straight Rye whiskey under its Dad’s Hat brand this October. Aged for three years, Dad’s Hat Pennsylvania Straight Rye shares the same mashbill as the brand’s Classic Rye: 80% rye grain, 15% barley malt and 5% rye malt. The newcomer will be available in limited quantities across Mountain Laurel’s distribution territory. Dad’s Hat will also debut a 100-proof Bottled-in-Bond Straight Rye in November, which will only be available at the distillery in Bristol, PA, retailing at $100. SND sister publication Whisky Advocate named Dad’s Hat Classic Rye as its Craft Whiskey of the Year for 2015.
