•Colorado’s New Belgium Brewing is introducing a new spring seasonal, Whizbang. Made with Nugget, Simcoe, Mosaic, UK Admiral and Centennial hops, Whizbang is a 5.7%-abv American blonde ale. Billed as a hoppy sessionable brew for the spring season, it will be available through March in 12-ounce bottles and on draft. New Belgium is the fourth-largest craft brewer nationwide, according to the Brewers Association.

•Craft pub franchise Growler USA has opened its 10th location in Centennial, Colorado, south of Denver. Growler’s Centennial pub will serve as the company’s flagship, training center and test kitchen. Launched in 2014, Growler USA’s pubs feature up to 100 taps of American-made craft beer, hard cider, draught wine, root beer, cold-pressed coffee and kombucha tea. In addition to Colorado, Growler USA also has outposts in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Hawaii, Texas and Washington state.
