•United States Beverage (USB) is adding the small-batch ciders of Lafayette, New York-based 1911 Established to its portfolio. The 1911 Hard Cider portfolio includes six flavored entries and is available in kegs and 12-ounce six-packs. 1911 will continue to handle its own distribution in upstate New York, while USB will be responsible for all other markets. 1911 ciders are currently available in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Meanwhile, USB has also linked with Cazenovia, New York’s Empire Brewing Co. to grow the brand throughout the Northeast. This June, Empire will begin selling its lineup of lagers and ales in six-packs, in addition to its current availability on draft. Empire, which operates a 60-barrel farm brewery, produces about 15,000 barrels of beer annually.
