•Minneapolis-based Phillips Distilling has added Marca Negra Mezcal to its portfolio. Marca Negra, which marks the company’s first mezcal entry, offers six expressions, including its Espadín, Dobadan, Tobalá, Ensamble, San Martin and Tepeztate labels. Retailing at $55-$200 a 750-ml., the high-end range is currently rolling out across the U.S. Marca Negra joins the Prairie Organic vodka and gin, Tomatin Scotch, Casa Centinela Tequila and La Hechicera aged rum brands in Philips Distilling’s existing ultra-premium spirits portfolio.

•Francis Ford Coppola Winery has released a new sparkling rosé within its Sofia lineup. The 2016 Sofia Brut Rosé, a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, is a California-sourced offering inspired by French Crémant sparkling wines. The new entry is rolling out to select on- and off-premise outlets in both 750-ml. bottles retailing at $19 and four-packs of 187-ml. cans priced at $20.
