•Wyoming Whiskey is releasing its Eclipse Edition Small Batch Bourbon this week. The whiskey, available only in Wyoming, commemorates the total solar eclipse that will be visible in the state on August 21. Eclipse is blended from 24 barrels selected by distiller Sam Mead. The flavor profile for the Eclipse batch is similar to the company’s Small Batch Bourbon, but the limited release will feature special-edition black packaging. The 44%-abv whiskey is limited to 1,000 cases and will retail for $45.

•Boulder, Colorado’s Avery Brewing Company has released Ginger Sour, the latest entry in its Botanicals & Barrels series. Rolling out this week, Ginger Sour is made with fresh ginger juice sourced from Boulder-based juice company Pressery, then aged for several months in oak barrels. The expression marks the sixth brew in Avery’s Botanicals & Barrels lineup, joining Vanilla Bean Stout, Raspberry Sour, Tangerine Quad, Apricot Sour and Coconut Porter. All six entries are available year-round in 22-ounce bottles.

•New Hampshire’s Smuttynose Brewing Company has partnered with Whole Foods to launch Whole Lotta Lupulin Double IPA. The 9.5%-abv ale is billed as having citrus and floral notes, as well as a malty sweetness. Whole Lotta Lupulin Double IPA is now available on draft and in six-packs of 12-ounce cans in Whole Foods Markets in Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts.
