•Delicato Family Vineyards (DFV) has inked a series of new five-year distribution deals with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits (SGWS). Under the new accords, DFV and SGWS will be linked in a total of 18 markets, including Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Washington. Southern Glazer’s has previously handled DFV’s brands in all of those states except California, where DFV was previously aligned with Young’s Market Co.

•Tennessee’s Ole Smoky Distillery has launched its whiskey line nationally in both the on- and off-premise markets. The company’s three most popular flavors—Straight Tennessee Bourbon, Mango Habanero and Salty Caramel—are now available across the U.S. Additionally, the brand has partnered with the Buffalo Wild Wings and Twin Peaks restaurant chains to feature the spirits in cocktails. Last year, Ole Smoky, which has been known for its moonshine, depleted 243,000 nine-liter cases, up 13%, according to Impact Databank.

•Flavored malt beverage brand Mike’s Hard Lemonade has partnered with alcohol delivery provider Drizly and rapper/comedian Lil Dicky to extend its “Drink on the Bright Side” campaign. The initiative offers consumers the chance to win a house party experience hosted by Lil Dicky. The sweepstakes can be entered via the Drizly app or website and will run through August 24. Concurrently, Mike’s and Lil Dicky are set to release digital content throughout the remainder of summer. The promotions are part of the Mike’s recent efforts to target millennial males in the 25- to 29-year-old demographic. Mike’s Harder is an Impact “Hot Brand,” up 15% to 8.8 million (2.25-gallon) cases last year.

•The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Chicago has opened a new restaurant called Torali Italian-Steak, managed by Sage Restaurant Group. The venue will specialize in fresh pastas, prime meats, wild fish and seafood and feature a bar with an Old World-inspired beverage program. The copper-clad, Italian marble-topped bar will showcase both local and Italian spirits and original cocktails such as the Sbagliato, made with Hendrick’s gin, Bonal Gentian liqueur, Earl Grey-infused bianco Vermouth, Prosecco and herbs and citrus. The Vermouth and Prosecco brands will rotate regularly.
