September 21, 2017•Oregon-based Crux Fermentation Project will launch three fresh-hop beers in cans over the next three weeks. Crux’s fresh-hop beers are all made with local hops harvested the same day they are used. This week, the company is releasing Dr. Jack, a 6.9%-abv IPA made with Cascade hops. Way Two Fresh, a 9.9%-abv Double IPA, uses Mosaic and Simcoe hops and launches on September 27. Finally, on October 4, Crux will roll out Crystal Zwickle, a 6%-abv Pale Ale made with Crystal hops. All three beers will be available in 12-ounce cans and on draft in Oregon and Washington.
