•Clayton, New York-based Saint Lawrence Spirits has launched four new whiskies. The lineup includes: Captain’s Flask Bourbon, made with corn, wheat and malted barley; Wheelhouse Whiskey, made with corn and malted barley; Ryesing Tide Whiskey, a blend of rye, corn and malted barley; and Rye Not Rye, a 100% rye expression. All four are produced using grains sourced from New York and water from the Saint Lawrence River. The whiskies, which will be available across a 21-market footprint, are retail priced at $42 a bottle. In addition its new whiskey range, the Saint Lawrence portfolio includes vodka, gin, moonshine and absinthe offerings.
