•Miami, Florida’s Wynwood Brewing Co. has launched Lock On as its latest core offering. The 5.1%-abv lager is dry hopped with one pound of Citra hops per barrel for a profile that’s light with a robust hoppy flavor, according to the brewery. The beer is named for a type of street art that is literally locked onto benches, street lights and other public furniture. Wynwood’s newest beer is now available at the brewery’s taproom, and in restaurants and bars throughout South Florida. In addition to brewing at Wynwood’s 15-barrel brewhouse, the company contracts additional production to the Craft Beer Alliance.

•California’s Half Moon Bay Brewing Company has appointed Dow Tunis as its new president and CEO. Tunis brings over 20 years of experience to the position, most recently serving at Drake’s Brewing Company as vice president of business development. In his new role at Half Moon Bay, Tunis will be responsible for the namesake brewery and restaurant, the Inn at Mavericks, and the Mavericks Event Center (all in Half Moon Bay) as well as Berkeley-based Pacific Standard Tap Room.
