•Nellysford, Virginia–based Bold Rock Hard Cider has introduced Rosé, its first seasonal cider of the year. The new offering is made with a variety of apples and has a wine-like taste profile, according to the company. Starting February 5th, Bold Rock Rosé hard cider will be available across the company’s 10-state distribution footprint in six-packs of 12-ounce bottles, retail priced at $10. Bold Rock’s portfolio comprises 12 year-round styles, including Apple and Draft, as well as a rotating lineup of seasonals.

•Oregon’s Pelican Brewing Company is set to launch Beak Bender IPA, the newest addition to the company’s year-round lineup, in February. The 6.7%-abv ale is brewed with Citra and El Dorado hops using Pelican Brewing’s ‘Hoppinator,’ a unique vessel that limits the amount of oxygen introduced when the beer is hopped. The result, says the company, is a beer that better retains freshness and flavor quality. Beak Bender IPA will soon be available in six-packs of 12-ounce bottles, 22-ounce bottles and on draft in Pelican’s seven state distribution footprint.
