February 14, 2018•Washington, D.C.-based Don Ciccio & Figli has introduced bitter cherry liqueur Cerasum Aperitivo. Retailing at $35.99 a 750-ml. and suggested for cocktails like the Negroni and Americano, Cerasum (23% abv) is a bitter aperitivo based on an infusion of three types of cherries from Michigan, sakura blossoms from Virginia and 10 roots and herbs including juniper, chamomile and hibiscus. Don Ciccio & Figli’s portfolio is distributed across 30 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
•Corvallis, Oregon’s 2 Towns Ciderhouse has launched its latest year-round cider, Pacific Pineapple. The 5%-abv cider is made with gold pineapples from Costa Rica and apples from the Northwest U.S. Pacific Pineapple is now available in 500-ml. bottles and on draft. On March 2, the company will launch six-packs of 12-ounce cans. 2 Towns’ ciders are available in Oregon, Washington, California, Alaska, Idaho, Hawaii, Chicago and in select locations in Minnesota.
