•Detroit, Michigan’s Stroh Brewery Co. is rolling out its latest release, Perseverance IPA. The 4.5%-abv session IPA is Stroh’s first new product since 2016’s Bohemian-style Pilsner. Perseverance is brewed at Brew Detroit under the guidance of Stroh’s master brewer Greg Deuhs and will be available exclusively in Michigan in 6-packs of 12-ounce bottles and on draft. In addition to the rollout, Stroh is holding a launch party at Brew Detroit on May 9. Stroh Brewery Co. is part of the Pabst family of brewers.
•California-based Firestone Walker is launching its 805 blonde ale in Chicago. Starting May 14, the beer will be available at on-premise accounts, both on draft and in 12-ounce cans. Additionally, 6- and 12-packs of the canned format will debut across retail accounts in July.
